Edifice provided Prime Construction services for the $2.2M locker room renovations at the J. Edgar Hoover FBI Headquarters Building, Washington, DC. Renovations were phased to allow the locker rooms to remain open in this occupied facility. The project involved upgrades to the flooring and other finishes, as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety upgrades. Due to the sensitive nature of the agency’s mission, stringent security requirements will be met throughout the construction process.
