Edifice is Prime Architecture | Engineering and LEED® consultant for the USAID Headquarters, Washington, DC Mobility Design Lab, located on the 7th floor of the Ronald Reagan Building. This space and furniture alteration project will update 32,000 SF to reduce the overall environmental footprint. The scope of work includes new workspaces, core hallways, elevator lobbies, restrooms, FF & E and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems. This project, registered with the US Green Building Council in the LEED® for Commercial Interiors (CI) Program, is targeting LEED® Silver.
